RETIREMENT VILLAGE WITHIN THE MARLOTH PARK CONSERVANCY

The intention of the founder of Marloth Park is fulfilled with the establishment of a Retirement Village on the 3,9 hectares plot zoned special in Marloth Park.  Carol Meyer, representative of the owner of Stand 3881 Marloth Park, from the day of acquiring this property, strived to establish a frail care development for Marloth Park on this premeditated stand.  The involvement of FineandCountry to commit to them developers (Krusan Constructions) and architects (LN Designs) of reputable standing, caused this dream to become true.  The village will soon be developed in Marloth Park, together with a communal Centre, in which medical, pharmaceutical, labour practitioners, physiotherapeutic and other services related to the care of residents within the development could be taken care of.  This development might already commence during March 2014.

FineandCountry  Lowveld Kruger South confirms commitments of medical and other practitioners, in principle, have already been obtained.  More submissions are however invited and could be considered by the Owner/Developer. They could be directed to the property consultants to jan.e@fineandcountry.com.  Information pertaining to the development, the architectural designs, and the price structure, will be availed into the market by FineandCountry Lowveld Kruger South, the agency that enjoys the sole exclusive mandate to market the development.  According to Jan Engelbrecht, co-principal of Fine and Country Lowveld Kruger South, the development will be a sectional title development. Provision is made for bachelors, then also a variety of two and three bedroom units, as well as assisted living.

In future publications, the Corridor Gazette shall publish more information and the request prices for the units. People interested in acquiring units within the development could liaise with the agents of FineandCountry, or the principals Jan and Chris Engelbrecht. Tina Ballantyne and Gerrie Aucamp of FineandCountry Marloth Park, need little introduction to existing Marloth Park property owners and visitors to the Park. For now, Jan Engelbrecht, at 0827845682 or jan.e@fineandcountry.com could be contacted for more information, or to book buying well in advance.  The development will be published globally from the FineandCountry website, also on Property 24.
